A property-management system and companion app, synced with Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, in English and Arabic.

The problem

Hosts managed availability, pricing and invoices separately on each booking platform. Double bookings and stale prices were a matter of time.

The moves

  1. From empty repository to product

    Implemented the PMS (availability, pricing, reservations, guest records) to a senior engineer’s architecture, and built the React Native companion app.

  2. One calendar for every channel

    Integrated the Beds24 channel manager to sync rates, availability and invoices from Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda.

  3. Arabic, properly

    English and Arabic right-to-left interfaces across web and mobile, plus a marketing site built from Figma.

  4. Remote, done right

    GitHub Projects, pull-request reviews and weekly progress meetings during Riyadh working hours, all in English.

The outcome

Hosts manage every channel from one place.

Also delivered Parity AI for a client: an Electron recorder that detects Teams, Meet and Zoom calls and returns Gemini-generated quality metrics as structured JSON.
